Many shopping cart systems come with pre-defined templates which can be used as a starting point to make your cart look like you would like it to look.
Often the developers also have a community that provides information or downloadable templates (third-party software) which can be used, sometimes for a modest fee.

But unless you have at least a moderate working knowledge of HTML and CSS stylesheets, you will have a hard time making your system look like you want.
